I notice from the new version there is a notification (as the image shows) from the notification bar of my phone (Android version: 8.0.0) when the app is running.
My question is: Is there a way to turn the notification off when it is running but at the same time get it appeared when a call is blocked.

That notification is a new Android requirement. You may follow the steps mentioned in this link. But exact steps may vary depending on brand.
